Pre-Orders
When can I expect my pre-order?

Pre-order items typically ship 4–6 weeks from your order date.

Will my whole order ship together if one item is a pre-order?

In-stock pieces will ship immediately, and pre-order items will follow once they’re ready.

We offer split shipping at checkout, so you don’t have to wait to receive what's available.

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order means the item is not yet made and will ship at a later date. This model helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and make only what’s needed.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, yes—you can contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Will I get tracking for my pre-order?

Yes. As soon as your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Exchanges & Returns
Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. If it’s unworn, unwashed, and within 14 days of delivery, we’ll gladly accept it.

We provide free return shipping and no restocking fees.

How do I start an exchange or return?

Just contact us here and our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps. We make it easy—and return shipping is always on us.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes—we offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed pieces. Just contact us here and we’ll get it sorted.

Can I update my shipping address?

How should I wash my new clothes?

For best results, wash cold on a delicate cycle and hang dry.

Avoid the dryer to help preserve the fit and keep the print looking fresh.

Will my hoodie shrink?

Our products are 100% cotton, so they may shrink slightly if dried on high heat.

To keep yours looking its best, wash cold and hang dry.

How do your sizes run?

Our hoodies run slightly small. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up for that oversized look.

All Deep Blue garments are ethically made in Los Angeles, California from 100% American sourced cotton.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?

I ordered the wrong size or item—can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’re happy to help make changes. Just contact us here as soon as you can.

Can I add something to my order?

We can’t add items after checkout, but you’re welcome to place a second order. We’ll try to combine shipments if possible.
